After knowing the person personally, next come the job related questions.

The employer will ask the candidate, the reason behind choosing this particular company, expectations from the company and work experience etc.

Salary! The biggest point of discussion for both the candidate and the employer. It is necessary to clear out all the salary expectations and issues at the final interview stage itself.

The candidate will be asked the following questions.

  • What was the salary package with the previous organization?
  • What are your salary expectations from this organization?
  • Are you ready to negotiate on your expected salary amount?
  • Do you think you are worth the salary expectation?
